First and foremost, I would like to thank God for all the blessings He has bestowed on me and my family. Secondly, I would like to thank my lovely wife and my mother, along with an awesome group of team players whom I’ve had the privilege of working with as business partners.

My background is in the area of probation and corrections. I formerly held the position of Deputy Chief Probation Officer in the Northwest Indiana area. I was the first African-American to hold that position, which is the third highest administrative position in the juvenile court system. Although I achieved some success in my career, I knew that I wanted more than what my career was offering me. The position that I held was nice and my future seemed secure, but I realized I had reached a glass ceiling, and I refused to just settle! With only the jobs of the judge and the chief above me, I wasn’t going to get promoted unless someone died or I decided to find other employment.

A good friend and mentor of mine introduced PPLSI to me in August 2000, and my life literally changed overnight. I came to a business briefing right after playing a round of golf. I had a fishing cap on and was looking kind of shabby, so I sat in the back of the room. Once I saw the presentation, I told him to come to my office the next day, and the rest is history. With no real network marketing experience, our team has achieved success in Indiana, throughout the Midwest, and all over the country. I was able to reach the Executive Director level within six months of my starting date. I was also blessed to retire at the age of 35.

My wife and I are so blessed to be a part of such an incredible company. In 2011, we were recognized for being a part of the prestigious Millionaire Club! In 2013, we were awarded an all-expenses paid vacation for five days, four nights to beautiful Cancun, Mexico!

We are so thankful to our amazing team and our Home Office staff for their tireless work and dedication. We are also very grateful to our Team NuVision family for their endless love and support, especially our mentor and friends, Mr. Darnell and Mrs. Traci Self. We look forward to many more incredible successes with this amazing company.
